I am originally from Texas and lived in Dallas several years before moving here to Mexico almost 7 years ago. I have several reasons for choosing Mexico and so far have not been let down. Argelia is a native of the Baneras Bay and began working at a very early age in the hotel industry of Puerto Vallarta. She then joined the team of engineers, Guillermo Wulf and Senor Garcia Rojas in the administration office and sales.
They were very popular in the Puerto Vallarta area at that time and were responsible for building the first project in Marina Vallarta.
Argelia was also part of the professional team of the Notaria Dos in Bucerias for four years. She believes that all her work and life experiences have brought her to be part of the Real Estate Group (Lazaro Cardenas office) for the last 2 years. She enjoys, with her family, this paradise of nature, sun, beach, yoga, outdoor sports and her tranquil life.

Deborah works at both offices
Deborah Foster bought her first home in Puerto Vallarta almost 11 years ago, and moved here as a full-time resident two years later. Although claiming to be retired for 7 years, Deborah was actually spending almost all of her time obsessively analyzing the local real estate market, and buying and selling property for her own account.
Over two years ago Deborah began selling real estate in Nayarit as a full time agent; she moved from Nuevo Vallarta to Bucerias a few months ago, and joined the staff of El Grupo Bienes Raices at that time. When it comes to caring, meticulous customer service, Deborah sets the standard. Her tireless and thorough approach earns her the friendship and loyalty of her clients.
Prior to Zena’s entry into real estate 1
year ago, she was involved for many years in various aspects of the
customer service and retail industries. Zena has brought the accumulated
skills acquired over these years, plus her love of real estate and her
natural aptitude for dealing with people, to El Grupo with a most
positive outcome. Zena prides herself on being an A.M.P.I member and
seeing her clients through the selling/buying process as smoothly as
possible while achieving the best results.
Zena has over her year at El Grupo built up a considerable referral

Zena has recently completed her studies in Intensive Spanish a process
which she enjoyed immensely, furthering her ability to work with her
